Lee is a well-recognised figure in the London bartending scene, after plying his trade in a multitude of venues around the capital. Lee is known for his blending seasonal and foraged ingredients with rare spirits.
From SAF restaurant, he moved to The Player in Soho as GM, then to Bubblefood. Lee is currently consultant to The 43 Club and Rawkraft Events. He stays ahead of industry trends by moonlighting at various influential industry bars, events and competitions. Most recently, Lee designed drinks menus for Camp Kerala, Glastonbury, Burning Man and of course, Tiny Leaf.
